Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. While the dining experience had some limitations, the pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable. The price was reasonable, but there were additional charges for certain services.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were very nice with a great tub, comfortable bed, and they were clean and comfortable, but they lacked a luxurious touch for the price we paid. It's a suitable choice for business or affluent guests willing to pay for a prime CBD location and top-quality accommodations.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely appointed, with a luxurious Remede amenities kit provided. The service was incredible, with attentive staff making sure everything was organized. The location was perfect, close to great shopping and restaurants. However, the dining experience was not memorable, and the lobby was a bit noisy.
I had booked two connected rooms which looked a bit tired and could use an upgrade, but they were still beautiful and quiet. The downside was the early morning construction noise starting at 7 am on weekdays right outside our window.
I had a great experience at Twin Peaks Hotel. The rooms were really good, quite spacious with a great view of the downtown skyscrapers. The service was nice, and the location was awesome, close to everything. However, the dining was so mediocre, and the room was quite tight, barely fitting a small suitcase.
